Documents Supply

There are several different ways to supply your materials for translation:

  1. Automated Quote System.
    The quickest way for getting an instant translation quote and, after rate acceptance, supplying your materials to us.
    Number of files uploaded simultaneously: 1
    File Size Limit: 1MB
    Accepted File Formats: doc, xls, pdf, rtf, txt and html.
  2. FTP Upload System.
    Using your browser you can upload your documents directly to our FTP server.
    Number of files uploaded simultaneously: 5
    Files Size Limit: 20MB
    Accepted File Formats: doc, xls, pdf, rtf, txt, html and files for Corel Draw, Photoshop and picture scans in formats: jpg, png and gif.
  3. You can send your files as e-mail attachments.
    Smaller files can be emailed to: documents@polishtranslators.co.uk
    Attachments Size Limit: 20MB
    Accepted File Formats: doc, xls, pdf, rtf, txt, html and files for Corel Draw, Photoshop and picture scans in formats: jpg, png and gif.
  4. By post.
    If you cannot supply your materials in electronic form please post them to:

If your materials are in paper form and you hold them valuable, we would recommend posting copies of them only.
